About
In August 2005, a charming and mysterious property, hidden behind a huge fence, attracted attention. This verdant property, with century-old trees and a unique history, was once owned by President Louis Borno before being bequeathed to his son, Youyou, and later sold to the Congregation of Dominican Preachers. The future owners fell in love with the property and quickly saw the potential of this unique location for their future project. Nestled in the greenery of Pétion Ville, this charming property has become a haven of peace and freshness in the middle of a city in full commercial transformation. Since then, this property has seen personalities from all walks of life and continents pass through, becoming internationally known. Thus begins a new page in the history of this property.
The Reserve, located in Berthé in the heights of Pétion-Ville, takes its name from its green charm and its peaceful atmosphere. Nature is at the heart of all the services offered, offering each visitor a moment of calm and serenity after an exhausting day. A stay at La Réserve promises an unforgettable experience of relaxation and happiness.
Currently, La Réserve has 18 rooms as well as a conference room named "Salle Fritz". Opened on November 21, 2017, this room can accommodate up to 70 people in an amphitheater configuration. The terrace was also fitted out at the same time to provide a pleasant outdoor space. The international standard restaurant is nestled in a charming garden and offers Creole fusion cuisine. Indoor and outdoor spaces are also available for various events such as conferences, weddings, baptisms, communions, graduations, to name a few.
